No. Delivery insurance only covers replacement of lost shipments. Because of the time it takes to ship an item to and from Australia (or your country) my partners can't just return dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged items to the original store. Orders shipped via USPS are not covered for damage in transit unless damage insurance was purchased. Orders shipped via UPS (express+tracking) are covered by UPS insurance for damage during shipping, but UPS exclude anything that is easily damaged (e.g. glass is excluded). If you want to ensure that your items are covered for any damage in transit then please purchase the optional damage insurance.
