Yes. If your order doesn't arrive then a replacement will be ordered and shipped to you (delivery insurance). The only requirement is provided you supplied a complete and correct shipping address. You must have included the business name for orders shipped to a business address for the address to be complete.
My US partners also offer additional optional insurances (return insurance) to cover the shipping costs involved in making a warranty repair, or for replacement of items damaged in transit (damage insurance).
If you have not purchased return insurance we will still help you return the item for repair or a warranty claim, the only difference is you will just need to pay the shipping and handling costs involved.
